Clam Canapes Recipe

Clam canapes are made with bread cut into thin slices, if you don't want to use bread, you can use biscuits, then, for filling you need jam from cream cheese, and some clams. for more details, see the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can chopped clams (drained)
  • Paprika
  • french baguette (18 Sliced ??round)
  • 1/3 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Use a bowl, mix all ingredients, except paprika, then stir well.
  2. Put the mixture on bread, give paprika.
  3. Bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
