Lemon Shrimp Pasta

This pasta has an appetizing aroma, everything is made in one pan, and everything is cooked together, this will make it easier to clean. There are several ingredients that you must have, one of which is a mixture of water and white wine. This will add flavor to your pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of spaghetti
  • 5 cups liquid (3 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cup white wine)
  • 1/2 cup Double Cream
  • 1/4 cup of basil
  • 1 lb of shrimp
  • zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Use a saucepan, put all the liquid in it, then bring it to a boil.
  2. Don't forget to add pasta, cook according to the package instructions.
  3. When the pasta is being cooked, give 1/2 of one lemon, use a measuring cup if desired.
  4. For 6 minutes of cooking, add the shrimp, and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Mix lemon juice and lemon zest with double cream, then add the paste.
  6. Stir until evenly mixed, remove from heat.
  7. Add the basil, mix until blended, serve on the table.
